How to set it as a ringtone on your iPhone
Transfer the downloaded .m4r file to your iPhone (via AirDrop, iCloud Drive, etc.).
On a Mac, connect your iPhone in Finder (or iTunes) and drag the file onto it, or open the file in the GarageBand app on your iPhone, long-press it, and choose "Share as ringtone".
Select it under Settings → Sounds & Haptics → Ringtone.
